The visit to the SePUM office after their arrival was inspiring, as the missionaries told portions of their conversion stories, their conviction to serve the Lord through the 1000MM, and their life-changing training at the campus at Silang, Cavite.

God does not require a degree or diploma to serve Him in various fields, but this article aims to inspire our young people that whoever they are, the 1000 Missionary Movement and other missionary work will always have a room for everyone. It only requires an “I will go!” to enable them to be messengers in places where people who are athirst and hungry for truth exist and are waiting.

Mrs. Ellen G. White, an Adventist writer whose manuscripts became guides for all members of the church, has written in a pamphlet entitled An Appeal for Missions says: “God calls for men to give the message of warning to the world that is asleep, dead in trespasses and sins. He calls for free-will offerings from those whose hearts are in the work, who have a burden for souls, that they shall not perish, but have everlasting life. Satan is playing the game of life for the souls of men. He is seeking to secure means, that he may bind it up, so that it shall not be used to advance the missionary enterprises. Shall we be ignorant of his devices? Shall we allow him to stupefy our senses, so that we shall not discern the needs of this time?”
