The Southeastern Philippine Union Mission (SePUM) Health Ministries’ three-day Mental Health Training for Mission Health Ministries Directors is now on its third and culminating day at the LMS Conference Hall, Davao Mission Headquarters, Palm Drive, Davao City.
Leading the training is Pr. Victor Navarro of SePUM. Participants include Elmer Arrogante of Davao Mission (DM), Diego Balanza of Northern Davao Mission (NDM), Minoru Efren Estrada of South Cotabato Mission (SCM), Zaldy Demagnaong of South Central Mindanao Mission (SCMM), and Arsenio Juanga of Southern Mindanao Mission (SMM).
The training prepares these directors to implement the mental health program in their respective fields, with an emphasis on promoting mental well-being and compassionate care. As the sessions conclude, the focus turns toward applying their learning to strengthen ministry support for individuals, families, churches, and communities.
