About This Ministry
NDR-IEL stands for Nurture, Discipleship, Retention - Integrated Evangelism Lifestyle, a comprehensive initiative of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Southern Asia-Pacific Division to promote evangelism as a lifestyle for members, nurture new believers into disciples, and integrate them into the church community. This strategy involves training members to share their faith through small, or care, groups, focusing on nurturing, discipling, and retaining new members in an engaging and contagious way.

Nurture, Discipleship and Reclamation-Integrated Evangelism Lifestyle ensures that evangelism is promoted as a lifestyle of Seventh-day Adventist members who practice and share the life of Christ daily and modeled in an attractive and contagious ways. It is also to provide local churches with a platform of resources and activities in nurturing and assimilating new members into the church family to become fruitful disciples of Jesus Christ.
